Description
Privilege escalation is an important part of the penetration testing process, which we may repeat several times during an engagement. Throughout our exams, we will face a wide range of operating systems and apps. Most of the time, if we can exploit a vulnerability and obtain access to a host, it will be running either Windows or Linux. Both provide a vast assault surface and offer numerous methods and techniques for raising privileges. This course covers the fundamental concepts of local privilege escalation required for success against Windows and Linux systems. The path includes manual enumeration and exploitation, as well as the use of tools to facilitate the process.
